The Long-Term Math

For 2,000 square feet of stucco, Conflex XL runs $4,500-5,500 initially but needs repainting only every 12-15 years. Over twenty years, that's $7,000-9,000 total. Duration costs $3,500-4,500 initially and needs repainting every 8-10 years, totaling $9,000-11,000 over two decades.
