"We are very pleased with the work performed, and with the end result. Wellington and Antonio are first class painters. They both exhibited great attention to detail, we're very meticulous, respectful of our property, and pleasant to have around the house during the duration of the project. I often played Brazilian music for them, which was appreciated and may have helped! Wellington was a very good communicator and he would meet with us at the end of the workday to inform us of what time they would be arriving the next day and what work they would be undertaking during that day. At the end of each work day they did a great job cleaning up, organizing their materials in the small area and leaving it very tidy when they left. Antonio was the only painter I've ever seen that didn't have any paint on them at the end of the day! You have two very good employees in these men. During the work as I would notice things that needed attention. I kept a very short list, intending to go over that with them near the end and not disrupt whatever work they were undertaking more than half of those items they ended up correcting on their own without any input from me and the few items that were remained were very minor and easily remedied. I'm totally satisfied, no areas of concern and would not hesitate to use them again for future work. The interior painting, the colors we chose and the execution covering up walls which had been previously painted turned out just great and we're very satisfied with that. I'll process the payment for you this weekend and no need for you to come out or do any kind of a walk-through I did one on my own and went over everything with Wellington no issues thanks"

Desmond came out and gave us a free exterior painting estimate for our house in Sarasota. We were very impressed by his presentation and hired him immediately. His crew did such an amazing job! I hired them to be my interior painters as well and they impressed us even more! Their communication throughout the job was amazing and they keep the place extremely clean during the project. We're already on their schedule for kitchen cabinet painting in the fall. They are the best house painters we've ever hired by a long shot!! "I am not one to write online reviews positive or negative. I thought I would write a review to help others who are frustrated finding good companies to work with. I have had difficulty finding reliable reasonably priced contractors who perform quality work. I recently had the opportunity to work with Desmond Landry owner of Grove Street Painting. I have used 2 other companies for painting projects in the last few years. Obviously, I was not happy with their work as I again sought out a competent painting company. This project was for my foyer, living room and the front hallways. Desmond gave me what I felt was a reasonable quote and I hired his company for the project. He and his crew were prompt, professional and most of all very good painters. Everything was taped and prepped perfectly and there were no drops on any of the hardwood floors or molding. The job was performed quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend Grove Street Painting."
