Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Grove Street Painting LLC ("Grove Street Painting," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your use of this website and your interaction with our forms, calculators, tools, communications, and services. By using this site, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who We Are

Grove Street Painting is a residential painting and coating company serving Sarasota County and nearby Manatee County communities by appointment. We have been in business since 2018, carry $2 million in liability insurance, and back our work with a 10-year written warranty.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or request services. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized to request painting and related services for the property described, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for homeowners and property managers who want information about residential painting, coating, repair, and related services in Sarasota, Florida and nearby service areas. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content without permission
• Use automated tools to submit forms or collect data from the site

Estimate Requests, Tools, and Pricing

Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare an estimate, and communicate about your project. Online information, cost calculators, and the paint visualizer are educational tools only. Any figures, colors, or finishes they show are estimates and previews, not a quote or a guarantee of results.

Final pricing is provided in a written proposal after Grove Street Painting reviews the project scope in person. We believe in honest, no-surprise pricing. A written proposal supersedes any figure generated by an online tool.

Services and Project Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this website and your communications with us. They do not replace the written proposal, estimate, or contract for any painting project. The binding agreement for your project, including scope of work, materials, schedule, price, payment terms, and warranty coverage, is the written proposal or contract you sign with Grove Street Painting. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed proposal or contract, the signed document controls for that project.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

Project dates, walkthroughs, and timelines are confirmed in writing. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on scheduled dates. Weather, site conditions, material availability, or changes you request may affect the schedule. We will keep you informed if a timeline changes.

Website forms, emails, calls, and text messages are monitored during normal business activity, but response times are not guaranteed and this site is not for emergencies. If your request is urgent, call us directly. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for a booked project are set out in your written proposal or contract.

Payment Terms

Payment amounts, deposits, the payment schedule, and accepted payment methods for your project are set out in your written proposal or contract. Unless that document states otherwise, payment is due as work is completed and billed. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to the remedies described in your proposal or contract and under applicable Florida law.

Workmanship Warranty

Grove Street Painting backs eligible projects with a 10-year written warranty. The exact coverage, conditions, and exclusions for your project are described in your warranty documentation and your signed proposal or contract. Learn more on our warranty page. Manufacturer warranties on paint and coating products are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Licensing and Insurance

Grove Street Painting is insured for residential painting work and carries $2 million in liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before your project begins.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree that Grove Street Painting may send SMS messages about estimate requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, customer support, and follow-up communications. If you separately opt in to promotional updates, we may also send occasional offers or service reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Mobile opt-in data and text messaging consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Email and Phone Communications

When you contact us or request an estimate, you agree that we may reach you by phone, email, or text about your request and project. You can ask us to stop a specific type of communication at any time by contacting us using the details below. How we handle your contact information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews and Submissions

If you send us a review, testimonial, photo, or other content, you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You grant Grove Street Painting permission to use and display that content in connection with our business, and you can ask us to remove content you submitted by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

Website copy, images, layouts, logos, and other content belong to Grove Street Painting or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as form processing, analytics, mapping, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grove Street Painting from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Severability and Entire Agreement
