A professional paint job takes a full team. Every project runs a virtual estimator, a project manager, and two painters. Even a small job commits both painters for a full day, on top of the planning and scheduling behind it. Below $1,500 we cannot cover that work sustainably, so rather than cut corners on prep or crew we decline the job honestly.

Is the minimum negotiable for a small job?

No. The minimum is a business decision, not a starting position. What we can do is help you reach it: combining connected rooms, adding ceilings and trim, or bundling repairs into one visit almost always gets a project past $1,500 for less than booking each piece separately.

Does the minimum apply to repairs and touch ups?

Yes. Drywall repair, stucco repair, and touch up work carry the same $1,500 minimum, because they take the same estimator, project manager, and crew day that any other project does.

What if I am not sure how big my project really is?

Two painters, for a full day

A professional finish is a two person job. Masking, prep, cut lines, and cleanup fill a day even on a small room. We commit both painters to you for that day and cannot sell it to anyone else.

Include the ceilings, trim, and doors

Walls alone leave the dated part of the room untouched. Ceilings, baseboards, casings, and doors are the difference between a fresh wall and a finished room.

Bundle the work you were saving for later

Closets, a hallway, the garage floor, pressure washing, or a stucco or drywall repair you have been putting off. Bundling them into one visit is the cheapest way to buy them.
