Step 1 -- Walkthrough: We visit your property, measure surfaces, assess condition, discuss colors, and note any special requirements. This takes 30-60 minutes.
Step 2 -- Written Proposal: You receive a fixed-price proposal the same day with line-item scope, Sherwin-Williams product selections, estimated timeline, and warranty terms.
Step 3 -- Surface Preparation: This is 60-70% of the work and what separates a quality job from a cheap one. Includes cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and masking.
Step 4 -- Production Painting: Primer and topcoat application in the correct sequence with proper dry times between coats. Interior projects include nightly cleanup and furniture protection.
Step 5 -- Quality Inspection: Our crew leader inspects every surface for coverage, cut-line accuracy, and finish uniformity before calling the project complete.
